The organization is under the direction of its president and founder Judy Spring, who has brought with her a wealth of experience from owning her own travel agency; airline reservation/ticket sales to a member of the sales team for a national hotel chain. With many years experience in the hospitality industry, Judy knows that it takes passion, extreme dedication and commitment in order to be successful.

The JBS Team has accumulated amongst its staff more than 40 years of experience in planning, managing and implementing a variety of events and programs focusing on every detail.
