RESIDENTIAL CHEER CAMP 

Get a GREAT sleep-away cheer camp experience with EPIC residential camps this summer! Open to high school and all star cheerleaders, this camp will be hosted in the beautiful Ocean City, MD and will be July 22nd, 23rd, and 24th at the OC Convention Center. Our instructors include current and former cheerleaders and coaches for the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders, University of Maryland National Champion Competitive team, Maryland Twisters F5,  Stingray All Stars, World Cup All Stars, as well as High School State, National, and Worlds Judges! This will be a complete cheer training experience focusing on:

·        Basket Toss basics and skills

·        Transitional Pyramids

·        Original load ins & dismounts

·        Effective stretches for flyers

·        Strength building exercises for bases

·        All-Star style Dances

·        All-Star style cheers/motions

·        Jump class

·        Team motivation time

·        Spotting & Safety

·        Standing & Running Tumbling
