Individual Cancellation policies:

Guests may cancel reservation without penalty up until 72 hours prior to check-in date for rooms.  Cancel by emailing or faxing Global JBS and receiving confirmation of such cancellation; cancellations or "no-shows" made after this time, will result in the hotel retaining deposit amount for each room reserved.

Group Cancellation policies:

Room Blocks of 10 rooms or more must actualize at least 80% of the block or reduce quantity/cancel by emailing or faxing Global JBS and receiving confirmation of such action, prior to 7 days before scheduled check-in date.  Failure to do so will result in the hotel retaining the deposit amount for each room cancelled. Any cancellations below 20% of the team reserved block will adhere to the individual cancellation policy.

Individual Deposit info:

Hotel charges a deposit equal to first night's room rate + tax for each room reserved.
