Sports Event Planning Services...

• Assist Event Organizers in locating hotel accommodations in conjunction with area facilities
• Arrange site inspections of sports facilities; hotels and offsite event planning assistance if needed
• Transportation negotiations of rental cars, vans, motor coaches at reduced rates for participants, coaches, parents or teams
• Provide Event Management Services including staffing (prior to and on-site) during sporting events including orchestrating event set-up
• The availability of being linked to CVB’s; Sports Commissions; and local attractions offering attendees the resources for restaurants, shopping, and golf courses, etc. for pre and post activities
• Marketing Services including flyer/inserts for registration packets; personalized advertising and vendor/sponsors services are available through our Marketing Department
• Linked with a full service travel agency providing airline tickets at the best rates possible
• Assistance with Interpreters and special requests for traveling International Teams

Housing Bureau Advantages...

• We have relationships with all the major hotel brands and use our volume to negotiate ‘considerably reduced’ hotel rates and complimentary rooms for each event
• We generate group RFP’s; secure hotel proposals and set up room blocks
• JBS provides an on-line reservation system for attendees to log on to make their hotel and rental car reservations in a secured environment
• Weekly reports are generated to event owners showing hotel pick up/cancellations
• Rebates are negotiated directly with the hotels and we make sure that payments are made in a timely manner
• Once the event is over, we provide a statistical report of total room nights used along with airline and car rental information that is an invaluable tool in planning for future events!
